Bodyshop Customer Advisor
As our Customer Advisor you will welcome all customers visiting our premises and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.
Job Description
- Greeting customers, introducing to our service, liaising with our estimating team to provide updates
- Booking customers in and arranging collection and delivery of vehicles via the transport diary
- Controlling issue and return of Courtesy Vehicles
- Completing photographs of vehicles once they arrive on site and uploading to the claims
- Answering telephone calls and relay messages as required
- Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
- Keeping the Reception area under control
- Issuing invoices, taking payments
About You:
- You will need to be highly organised
- Excellent computer skills – Must be trained on Word and Excel
- Have a smart appearance
- Excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiastic
- Driving licence preferable
- Previous experience in a Body shop or Service environment is essential
- Must be able to work with initiative under pressure
Working hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday
